Alright, I’m just curious here. Most of the bloggers are also Entrecard droppers. I’m sure each one of us has different dropping techniques. As for me, I don’t push myself to 300 drops daily but I diligently reciprocate my every day droppers. If I still have the time and energy, I would even reciprocate my droppers from 2-3 days back. How about you? Do you follow an EC regular dropping list? I was seriously considering of doing that but I realize it will be unfair to my first time droppers if I only stick to my pre-made list. I know that some of them could just be transient droppers and there’s a big chance that I won’t be able to see them back in my blog, but I also realize that every single dropper is valuable and they should be reciprocated whether they are regulars or newbies. I want to be an effective EC dropper so I welcome dropping tips and suggestions that would make my blogging and dropping experience worthwhile.

you know what I have the same problem. I'm new and I dunno which is the best way to do it. I seem to be all over the place. I drop only when I have the time and not a regular dropper on anyone else. Let me know if an expert tells you any secret dropping technique :)

I have a regular routine for dropping. When I come home from work I sit and return all the drops in my inbox. If I have more time I will then drop on new ones, if not I only return drops. I do drop on everyone that is on the first page of my inbox, so if there are 2 days worth of drops there I will return both days. It takes me about an hour or so and it's very relaxing after work, a nice way to decompress.
I drop back all the droppers that are in my inbox. I drop 300 a day each blog i have and my techniques is to open multiple website at the same time so it's not that time consuming when i drop.

we have about the same technique ate jenn. i make sure i drop back to those who dropped me cards on that day. and if i have the luxury of time, i'd go back 3 days to go.
I mark down the last drop I make for the day, then the next day I return all the drops that have been made since that card. Also, when I've come to the top of the inbox box (since order is from the bottom up) I hit "refresh" before going to the next page. If someone drops a card on me while I am dropping, the card on the bottom of the page gets moved over, so by hitting "refresh", I'll see it and not pass it over.
As soon as I reach a hundred drops, I stop. If I have time I will go up to 200-300.
I split my dropping in to 2 sets. I drop on my favorites, ads, and top droppers at night before I head to bed. Then the next day when I get home from work, I drop from my inbox. You'd be surprised how fast you get to 300 that way. Don't always hit that number, but more oftne than not. I only go back to the previous day, unless I've been away for whatever reason.

I have a page on my site with about 90 links to sites I like to follow. I start by dropping on those first. Then I go to my inbox and set the drop down to people I have not dropped on yet. That removes all of the ones I did already, and I go ahead and finish off the rest of the people who dropped on me for the past day. If that doesn't take up enough of my time, then I do the next day and so on. This method makes it easy on me, and for my site it only has me doing about 150 drops a day. 300 a day might be too much for me everyday.

hey guys, thanks so much for all your tips, suggestions, techniques, methods that you shared with me. i understand each of us has different styles and im learning a lot from each one of you from your replies. im a self confessed entrecard addict. no matter how tired i am from work, i make sure ill do my EC dropping everyday. this makes blogging more fun. i love it!
I am just new on EC too ate Jhen and needs familiarization on this site.. I would surely love to have some help! :)
