I know that most drugs and medications are harmful for the baby when you’re pregnant so I had to minimize my usage of facial products now. It’s a good thing that my acne doesn’t flare up pretty bad lately. I still have a few but they’re tolerable. It goes away after a few days. I’ve heard taking vitamins for acne might improve mild to moderate cases but I care more about my baby’s safety than my own so I only use gentle facial cleanser lately. Anyway, some pre-natal vitamins would actually make your skin and hair healthy and pretty so maybe it won’t be that bad even if I stop using my acne control skin care.
