A possible workout

When my body is ready and able to exercise again, I might try doing some ab workouts routine. I used to have a DVD on hiphop dancing that claims to strengthen and flatten the abdominal muscles but I never really get so much use with that. I know discipline is the key. It might be a while before I do some abdominal routines since I had a C-section but even just thinking about it gives me something to look forward to.

Start with the food this time ate Jhen since you can't work on intense workout yet and light walking, but nothing to hard on you and your fresh stitches. You can do it! Go for it! I did belly dancing as well kadtong before mi ni larga ug Florida para maka 2-piece ko while on the beach. LOL!
