The Benefits of a Good Waterproof Mascara.

I rarely use makeup but when I do, I’d like to keep my focus on the eye details. I love how a liquid eyeliner, plus the perfect shade of eye shadow and the right kind of mascara can transform a simple look to a gorgeous one. I have done it several times and it never fails to amaze me every time I use that simple trick to do my makeup. However, I found out that using the right kind of makeup products is the key to the perfect look that I’d like to achieve. For working moms like me, who does not have the luxury of time to do an elaborate makeup before going to work, prepping my face with my favorite skin care products and of course a quick and simple eye makeup and mascara application are often times just what it takes for me to have that appropriate corporate look.

These days though, there are multiple types of mascara available on the market. Among the most popular are volumizing, lengthening, curling, thickening, non-clumping and even waterproof mascara. Waterproof mascara is beneficial and popular among women of all ages. One obvious reason is the fact that they are indeed water proof, which typically means it won’t easily come off with water. While it may be a little difficult to remove, the benefits of waterproof mascara outweigh the time and effort to remove it. When you’re watching a sad movie for example and you couldn’t help yourself but let overcome with your emotions, then it’s safe to cry without having to worry that your mascara will drip down your face. They are also known for not running or smudging when the weather is humid or when you accidentally rub your eyes. If you’re the type to wear makeup when you go to the gym and do your workout, then waterproof mascara is a must-have for you. Unlike regular mascara, the waterproof ones won’t sweat away when you’re working out, thus keeping you look fresh and beautiful even after a rigorous time at the gym. I am thinking of getting one myself since I do like to spend my 30-minute breaks at work taking a walk.
