Tutti Frutti Lifesaver


The thought, sight and smell of food makes me sick, but of course I know I have to eat. My nausea is at its worst when I am hungry, not to mention I and the little one inside me need all the nutrients to keep us healthy and safe so I tried to trick myself into eating by incorporating different kinds of fruits in my diet. A bite or slice of my favorite fruits within meals saves my day. Fruits are now a big part of our weekly grocery budget. I seem to like all the fruits in the store so I really have no preference. However, I must admit, blackberries topped my list of favorite fruits these days. I still love pineapples, grapes, mandarin oranges and cantaloupes but as I've said I can eat almost anything as long as it's a fruit, hehe! I have watermelon this week in lieu of cantaloupe for a change, I've been eating cantaloupes for the last 2 months now, hehe. As for apples, I used to love them but I've noticed it gave me acid problems (heartburn) right after I ate them so I quit. I didn't seem to have any problems with the others so these are what I stock in our fridge. They are a real lifesaver.

my fave fruits when i was pregnant jen was canned peaches, grapes,cantaloupe,mangoes and pear but the asian kind. but after a few days of eating just one kind isuka npud nuki. its good gyud ang fruits for you and your baby jenn.

i can see the tums for acid reflux but it's also good for you coz it has calcium in it. :)

that is good to hear ate Jhen makakaon pod ka ug fruits and dili ka bahuan.. hehehe.. kay naa uban dili ganahan.. anyway, agoy naa mi blackberries pagkadagko sa bunga hapit na mahinog... ug duol palang ta you can come over here and eat it everyday for free.. hahaha naa pod mi raspberries sige na ug pamunga.. ingat dihaa ate Jhen!

pugson jud ug kaon jenn aron masudlan ang tummy. yes, fruits are a life saver.

re: wala man koy recipe gisunod sa akogn chicken curry jenn oi. di pud ko pasalig mohatag kay puro to estimate, dili exact ang measurements ba. puro improvise man akong gawa gud. lutuan lang ta ka inig magkakita ta someday. :D
