I turned a year older a few days ago. There was no fancy birthday party and stuff like that but I was super happy with the gifts that I got from hubby and some of my friends here. I got a Kindle reader from hubs and a Canon compact camera from friends. I love them. Hubby and I had a movie date the weekend after. And oh, he also baked me a cake especially made for my birthday, lol! Yeah, I’ve never felt so loved. I wish I can do something nice and give him a good gift for his birthday which is in 2 months. I already have some nice gift ideas. I know he would love to get tools but I don’t think I can afford them, lol! I saw how excited he gets over tools and industrial machinery one time when we went window shopping at Grizzly. It’s almost similar with how ecstatic I feel when I do clothes and shoes shopping, lol! He knows the names of almost everything the store sells. He showed me band saw and band saw blades which they use at work. It's cool, however I think they are seem to be very complicated. Anyway, as I've said I can't afford to give him tools so I might just give him something simple and cheap which I'm sure is fine with him. Hubby has simple likes and interests.
