I believe our recent vacation in the Philippines had helped me with my desire to shed some pounds. I was on my toes all the time, had less time spent just sitting down in front of T.V. and computer and had been very busy with all the wedding preparations. I can tell that I’ve lost some weight. I haven’t reached my target weight yet but I’m working on it. I am more careful now with the food that I order in restaurants whenever we eat out and we try not to do a whole lot of dining out lately. I think that was what had me gain weight for the past two years. I am also thinking of getting back to walking on the treadmill. If I could just keep up with my interest and desire to stay healthy and fit, I don’t need to consider taking weight loss pills for that matter.
