Are you enjoying the summer heat so far? Well, to me it's no fun. It’s sooo hot today I think my head is going to explode while I walked my way to the parking lot after work. If I’m not mistaken, it’s over a hundred degrees here in our place and the heat is just so unbearable. Yeah, I am from the tropics but I think it’s hotter here than it is in the Philippines, however I think it’s more humid there. Anyway, I’m not wild about summer here in Arkansas. When I got home I feel weak and lose the interest to treadmill anymore. I’m going to research about Costabella and Liporexall while the chicken is baked in the oven. I’ll just eat chicken, boiled egg and veggies tonight, that way I don’t feel guilty even if I didn’t exercise, lol.

yes we have been in the house with the air on. rather hot out side to do anything. i hope u are keeping cool
