Slowly but surely

I see a little progress with my effort to lose weight. I weighed myself at work and it tells me I lost 1.5 pounds. Darn! Not much I know, but enough to keep me motivated each day to walk on the treadmill. Earlier today, I walked for about 2 miles for 45 minutes and it felt good. I had to be very careful with my diet though because there's no point in exercising if I wouldn't be cutting back my calorie-intake. I'm really taking this seriously because I still don't like the idea of resorting to diet pills. It may sound like the easy way to do it since you can just buy diet pills online, but I still believe in the healthy and natural way of losing weight. So goodluck to me!
